Getting his start on Wall Street in economics, Lance quickly moved to the franchise world at an executive position in a TGIF franchise, which grew to a 225 million dollar business. As technology caught on, Lance started helping other emerging young brands to sell, and eventually joined forces with a huge US broker to represent over 700 brands! Now he helps prospective entrepreneurs find their perfect franchise. He also assists independent business owners in creating a franchise system, and shows people the ropes of franchising.
